山东泰山钢铁公司成本管理研究 摘要：成本管理的重要性对企业而言毋庸置疑，然而在新的管理环境下，传统成本管理方法难以应对现代管理的需求，很难从生产环节中获得改善成本的机会，导致成本难以控制。只有从全局的角度来分析成本才能从根本上改进这种状态，运用现代成本管理方法，才能提高当代企业的成本管理水平，增加企业的整体竞争力，以利于企业寻求持久稳定的竞争优势。 本文以山东泰山钢铁公司为研究对象，在分析该公司成本管理现状的基础上，运用现代成本管理理论和方法，针对山东泰山钢铁公司存在的成本管理方面的问题，提出加强公司成本管理与控制的途径，通过明确公司自身的战略定位、加强公司的价值链管理以及寻求从根本上解决自身的产品质量问题的方法，从而提高公司在市场上的竞争力。在分析山东泰山钢铁公司成本管理情况的基础上，本文总结了现代成本管理运用的相关结论，并提出日后企业成本管理研究的主要方向。 关键词：成本管理 战略定位 价值链分析 质量成本管理 The Cost Management Research of shandong taishan Steel Company Abstract:There is without a doubt that the importance of cost management for enterprise.Under the new regulatory environment,the traditional cost management due to their own shortcomings difficult to adapt to the needs of strategic management,managers cannot derive the cost improvement opportunities,making cost control weakening.The most effective way to change this state is from a whole perspective to understand the cost,the use of modern methods to improve the level of cost management of our enterprises,increase their competitiveness and seek enterprise lasting competitive advantage. This paper in shandong taishan steel company as the research object,the analysis of the company on the basis of current situation of cost control,using modern cost management at home and abroad,in view of the problems existing in the generation company overseas,strengthening the overseas and in the cost management and control the way,Across to explicit the tactic location of company and enhance the value-chain management of company and seek for the way to solve self quality of goods fundamentally ,so that enhances the company to compete in the marketplace.At the basis that analysis the condition of shandong taishan steel companys cost management,this paper sum up some conclusion about the use of modern cost management,whats more,raise the research orientation of cost management in the future.
