PLC在高炉上料自控系统上的应用 摘 要 钢铁行业是我国重工业之一，是我国的支柱产业。高炉上料是炼铁生产的重要环节，可靠完美的上料自动控制及数据采集对于高炉的顺利稳产、降低焦化、提高产量质量起着重要的作用。现在国内外钢铁企业都非常关注高炉产量如何提高的问题，也都在积极应用高炉上料自动化系统。高炉上料自动化系统主要解决以下几方面的问题：在工艺上要保证自动化系统能够正确的按照料单进行配料，并且能安规定的顺序把料送进高炉；在电气设计上要保证系统有一定数目的检测点，以保证给控制器能够对输入的信号作出准确的处理并进行对外控制；在软件上要保证监控系统的准确可靠性。现代高炉自动化主要是指仪表检测及控制系统、电气控制系统和过程及管理用的计算机。即高炉“三电”一体化。 本文主要介绍了PLC在炼铁高炉上料控制系统中的运用，通过西门子PLC与高炉上料系统的结合，设计出可编程序控制器的控制装置，基本上完成了120m3高炉供料电气控制系统的硬件设计。实现了布料（槽上）和槽下卷扬的实时控制和生产过程自动化的目的。基于PLC的高炉上料自控系统的设计， 提高了高炉上料控制系统的自动化水平、可靠性,实现了上料系统的实时监控和灵活方便。具有一定的参考应用价值。 关键词： PLC 高炉 上料系统 自动控制  ABSTRACT Iron and steel industry is one of Chinas heavy industry, is Chinas pillar industries.
