摘要 自从中国加入WTO后,外资进入中国市场就变的畅通无阻。目前,世界五十家最大的零售企业中的70%已经在中国登陆,像美国的沃尔玛,法国的家乐福,英国的百安居,德国的麦德龙等外资零售企业已经逐步在中国形成了一定的网络规模,而且都拟定了进一步拓展中国市场的计划。可以说,零售业在中国的竞争将会越来越激烈。然而,同外资零售企业相比,我国零售企业的发展还存在着一定的差距,这尤其体现在核心竞争力方面。面对如此激烈的竞争,中国的零售企业该何去何从?因此,我国的零售企业要深入科学地理解核心竞争力的构成和内涵,以便缩短同外资零售企业的差距,打造属于自身的竞争优势,从而使本土零售企业在竞争中实现生存与发展的目标。本文阐述了核心竞争力的概念及特征,分析了我国零售企业创建核心竞争力的必要性,结合了我国零售企业创建核心竞争力的外部环境,提出了我国零售企业创建核心竞争力的途径。 关键词:零售企业;创建;核心竞争力 Abstract Since China’s accession to WTO, foreign investors enter the Chinese market will become open. Currently, fifty of the largest retail enterprises in China, 70% have landed, like Wal-Mart of the United States, France’s Carrefour, Britain’ BQ and Metro in Germany and other foreign retailers in China has gradually formed a certain network size, and all developed plans to further develop the China market. It can be said that the retail industry in China will be increasingly fierce competition. However, compared with foreign-funded retail enterprises, the development of retail enterprises in China, there are still some gaps. This is especially true in the core competitiveness. Faced with such fierce competition, China’s retail enterprises do? Thus, China’s retail enterprises to in-depth scientific understanding of the core competencies and content of the composition in order to shorten the gap with foreign-funded retail enterprises to build their competitive advantages are thus achieved for local retailers to survive in the competition and development. This paper describes the concept of core competencies and characteristics of retail enterprises. It analyzes the core of the competitiveness of retail enterprises need to create. It combines the creation of the core competitiveness of the retail business external environment and it presents the way of the creation of the core competitiveness of the retail business.
