不同浓度的ABA对马铃薯试管苗结薯的影响 学院：农学院 专业:植物科学与技术 学号：100213071 姓名：董艳慧 指导教师：乌兰巴特尔 论文提交时间：二0一四年六月 摘要 马铃薯是我国重要的粮食及经济作物，在农业生产和人民生活中占有非常重要的地位，病毒病是马铃薯获得高产稳定的一个重大障碍，茎尖脱毒被认为是克服这一障碍的有效途径。本试验系统的研究了激素ABA浓度对马铃薯试管苗发育及薯诱导的影响，主要结论如下: 1.暗培条件下1umol/LABA最利于试管薯的形成，光暗间断条件条件下5umol/L ABA最利于试管薯的形成。。 2.随着ABA浓度的升高试管苗的地上部和匍匐茎的生长逐渐减弱。 3.当ABA浓度低于1umol/L时，随着ABA浓度的升高块茎的生长速度逐渐增加，大于1umol/L时随着ABA浓度的升高块茎的生长速度逐渐减慢。 关键词：马铃薯，微型薯，ABA浓度 Potato tissue culture and in vitro induction of potato Potatoes are the important food and cash crops in our country, in the agricultural production and peoples life occupies a very important position, virus disease is a major obstacle to potato yield stability, seedling stem tip is considered to be an effective way to overcome this obstacle.This experimental system to study the hormone ABA concentration of tube seedlings growth and potato potato induction, the influence of the main conclusions are as follows:1.
