摘 要
随着天津城市化不断加快,居民出行次数和机动车保有量不断增加,导致一系列的城市交通问题,如交通组织管理不善,引起交通拥堵。城市在进入汽车时代以后,汽车将遍及大街小巷,那种希望通过几个大的道路工程来解决全市交通拥堵的想法,显然已经不合时宜了。只有把目光从几条线上转到“面”上,即把目光转到提高整个路网中所有道路的通行能力上来,设法使全市路网中所有的道路都变成快速路。 ABSTRACT
