毕业设计说明书毕业论文 基于MCGS的氧化锌晶须生产过程系统设计 摘 要 MCGS组态软件和Siemens PLC S7-300系列的STEP 7软件编制，其中采用MCGS组态软件开发了该控制系统的监控软件，并将控制算法在MATLAB里进行了仿真验证；PID算法采用Siemens PLC S7-300系列的STEP 7软件编制。这实现了对氧化锌晶须生产自动控制系统的配气过程重要参数的监视、氧含量和流量的稳定控制和报警等功能。 关键词：  The production of zinc oxide whisker system design based on MCGS Abstract The production process of zinc oxide whiskers are a more complex process.As a result of relying on artificial experience and lack of scientific guidance in the practical operation,and then the gas parameters accessed to the oxidation furnace are unstable.So,the product quality of zinc oxide whiskers is low.Therefore,developing automatic control system and using the advanced control technology to the zinc oxide whiskers production process have a very imperious to improve the product quality of the zinc oxide whiskers and realize integrated automation of the production process. Zinc oxide whiskers production process is considered as the research object in the paper.After analyzing the relationships between gas parameters accessed to the oxidation furnace and the whiskers quality, the gas distribution control system is researched and designed according to the request of the main factors?the oxygen content and the gas flux.At first,the paper propose a framework for the structure of the control system,and summarized its features;then,according to a given mathematical model，we control oxygen content and flow in the Zinc oxide whiskers production process,with using of feedforward decoupling control algorithm and incremental PID control algorithm. Applications use MCGS configuration software and Siemens PLC S7-300 series of the STEP 7 software development. MCGS configuration software uses one of the development of the control system monitoring software, control algorithms and carried out in the MATLAB simulation; PID algorithm uses Siemens PLC S7-300 series of the STEP 7 software development.
