板 式 换 热 器 效 率 提 升 整 合 分 析 黄富春 (惠美热源分公司水暖制造部 技术员) 摘要：板式热交换器是近几十年来得到发展和广泛应用的一种新型高效、紧凑的热交换器。板式换热器技术日益成熟。近年来其传热效率高，体积小，重量轻，污垢系数低，装配方便，板片品种多，适用范围广，在供热行业得到广泛应用。板式换热器按组装方式分为可拆式、焊接式、钎焊式、板壳式等。由于可拆式板式换热器便于装配清洗，增减换热器面积灵活，供热工程中使用较多。可拆式板式换热器受橡胶密封垫耐热温度的限制，适用于水一水传热。本文对提高可拆式板式换热器效能的优化设计优化进行分析，通过技术经济比拟后确定以提高换热器的传热效率和降低换热器的阻力，应同时考虑提高板式换热器的效能是一个综合经济效益问题。而且应合理选用板片材质和橡胶密封垫材质及安装方法，保证设备平安运行，延长设备使用寿命。掌握设备的正确安装和运行操作、维修方法等，对提高板式换热器效率都起着重要作用。 Abstract :Plate heat exchanger is in recent decades has been developed and widely used a new type of high efficient and compact heat exchanger.
