摘 要 货币是国家强制流通的价值符号，一个统一的、独立的货币制度不仅是国家主权的象征，而且也是国家经济的命脉。20世纪90年代以来,全球经济金融一体化趋势不断增强,货币一体化作为经济金融一体化之桥梁，更是得到了突飞猛进的发展,可以说区域货币一体化是21世纪金融全球化发展的主流趋势。因此,逐步实现中国内部货币融合,对提高中国在21 世纪世界经济中的整体竞争力及在亚洲区域货币建设中的地位,都具有重要的战略意义。 本论文首先分析了人民币和港元的发展历史及发展现状，然后分析维持一国两币现状的原因及必要性，以及两币并行流通的可能性，然后进行人民币和港币一体化的可行性研究，进而探讨促进人民币和港币一体化所需要注意的问题和努力的方向，并提出一些建议。 2004年1月1日起正式实施的CEPA协议，将内地和香港的经济合作提升到了一个新的高度，本文在此背景下探讨研究内地和香港货币一体化的可行性，并在最优货币区理论的基础上对此进行更深入的研究。 关键词：人民币 港币 一体化 最优货币区理论 Abstract Currency is the current value symbol which is forced by a country. A unitive and self-governed system is not only the symbol of a state dominion, but also the vitals of the state economy. Since 1990,s, the trend of global economic integration of finance is strengthening ceaselessly, Monetary Integration which is the bridge of economic integration of finance is developing rapidly, Regional Monetary integration is considered as the main trend of 21st century,s finance globalization. Therefore, to achieve the currency amalgamation in china, in order to form resultant force, be provided with important strategic significance for enhancing china,s entire competition ability in 21st century,s world economy and status on regional monetary construction among Asian regions. The thesis firstly analyzes the history and actuality of RMB and HK Dollar, then analyzes the reasons and necessary needs of maintaining “one country, two currencies”, and the feasibility of two currencies circulation, afterward puts up the feasibility investigation about the monetary integration, finally discusses the attentive problems and attempted directions of promoting the monetary integration, and gives some suggestion. The CEPA agreement which is formal brought into effect at Jan 1st, 2004 will upgrade the economic cooperation between mainland and Hong Kong to a new height, this thesis will discuss the feasibility of the RMB and HK Dollar monetary integration on this background, and put up deeper investigation depending on “the Theory of Optimum curren
