Open the valve of the degreased water, and then open the tap water, when the container is full, start up the pump, pump the waste water up to the pre-treatment groove. 打开脱脂废液泵进出口阀门，打开自来水引水阀门，待水引满后，启动脱脂废液泵，把废液提升到预处理槽至高液位自动停止 2. Open the compress gas to mix the medicament. Add the CaCl2, Ca(OH)2 and PAC and mix for 3 to 5 min(PH=10~10.5) ,then add the PAC ,sampling and observe, if have obvious flocculate, it will be ok. 打开压缩空气搅拌，分别加入氯化钙，氢氧化钙和聚氯化铝，并搅拌3~5分钟，保持PH=10~10.5.然后加入聚丙烯酰胺，取样观察，有明显的絮凝物即可 Powder coating Waste Water Operational Instruction
