The husband, Guo Zhaohua (郭朝华), and wife, Zhang Tianzheng (张田政), were particular about the beef slices they made, and often experimented with new ingredients. It also becomes one of Sichuan Dishes that foreign tourists will taste in Sichuan. The name’s origin The meaning of Fei(废)is waste parts or offal(内脏). The lung (肺)could be a part of this offal but fei is not lung by itself in this dishs meaning.
