毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：杜邦安全文化理念与我国安全文化对比研究 院系名称：能源与环境学院 班级名称：安全工程092班 学 号： 姓 名： 指导老师： 2013年5月 杜邦安全文化理念与我国安全文化对比研究 Comparative study of the concept of safety culture and safety culture of DuPont in China 院系名称：能源与环境学院 班级名称：安全工程092班 学 号： 姓 名： 指导老师： 2013年5月  摘 要 本文通过对杜邦公司的安全文化理念的介绍及分析，并结合我国的安全文化现状，比较二者之间的差异和共同点，并在对待人、环境、安全等方面进行深层次的对比研究。 通过以上的研究分析找出我国安全文化存在的弊端，并提出可行的建议及措施。结合杜邦安全文化给予我们的启示，从中发掘出值得我们学习和借鉴的经验、方法。我国的安全文化建设不是一朝一夕就能建成的，这是一个长期和艰巨的任务，需要我国企业的认真实践和探讨，同时也需要政府的指导以及全国人民的监督和参与。 本文认为，企业安全文化建设首先要建立起符合企业实际的科学的安全理论，制定切实可行的安全制度，再配合快速有效的组织结构，及时调整，不断完善，循序渐进，才能形成长效的企业安全文化管理体系。 Abstract This article through to the DuPont company safety culture concept introduction and analysis, and combined with the present situation of the safety culture in our country, compare the difference and common ground between them, and in dealing with people, environment, safety, etc, to carry on the deep comparative study. Through the above research and analysis to find the insufficiency of safety culture in our country, and put forward feasible Suggestions and measures. DuPont safety culture combine to give us a lesson from which we can learn to explore and learn from the experience and methods.Safety culture construction in China is not going to built a long-term and arduous task, needs to seriously practice and explore of enterprises in our country, but also needs the guidance of the government and the national peoples supervision and participation. This paper argues that the corporate safety culture construction must first establish the actual and scientific security theory, develop practical security system, then, coupled with the rapid and efficient organization structure, adjust in time, constantly improve, step by step, to form a long-term enterprise safety culture management system.
