SSR评估补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病自主神经病变100506技术报告.docVIP

交感皮肤反应评补阳还五汤加减糖尿病自主神经病变(SSR)研究补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病自主神经病变(DAN)的临床疗效糖尿病SSR测定。将36例糖尿病自主神经病变患者按例随机分为两组治疗组予汤剂口服治疗糖尿病患者自主神经功能检测中交感皮肤反应异常率为%,SSR波潜伏期明显延长或缺失,波幅降低。治疗组治疗潜伏期测定(P＜0.01)。补阳还五汤加减可不同程度地减轻病人的肢体麻木疼痛及发凉等临床症状减轻发作性晕厥、眩晕、心悸、等临床症状SSR波潜伏期也有明显改善治疗(P＜0.001),与甲钴胺治疗(P＜0.001)。治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应治疗糖尿病自主神经病变SSR可作为评估临床疗效的参考指标。 [关键词] 糖尿病自主神经病变Evaluation of sympathetic skin response on the treatment of diabetic autonomic neuropathy with Modified “Buyang Huanwu”Decoction WANG Qiudong*,ZHAO Hong,ZHUANG Guofang. Methods Sympathetic skin response test were performed?in 47 typeⅡdiabetic patients,and their results were compared and analyzed with those of 30 healthy volunteers.Absence of the responses was found in 8 patients remarkably decreased in amplitude.The abnormal ratio was 63%.Conducting pre- and post-clinical evaluations on 15/13 patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy and measuring their latency and amplitude.Electric stimulation was applied to median nerve and response was recorded simultaneously at contralateral palm.
