S-600系列水汽取样装置 S-600 Series Water and Steam Sampling Device 操作指南 Operation Manual 版 号: 01 Edition No: 01 文件编号:ZG/CZ002-2006 Document Number: ZG/CZ002-2006 中美合资苏州赛华仪控有限公司 SINO-US SUZHOU SAIHUA INSTRUMENT CONTROL CO.,LTD 二○○六年二月 02.2006 1 范围 1 Range 本手册给出了S-600水汽取样装置的操作说明 This manual introduces the operation of the S-600 water and steam device. 本手册适用于S-600水汽取样装置在现场的启动、停运和日常操作 This manual is suitable for field startup, stoppage and routine work of the S-600 water and steam device. 2 装置启动前操作 2 The operation before startup 2.1 降温架 2.1 Cooling frame 2.1.1 所有高压阀门应处于关闭状态。 2.1.1 All the high pressure valves need to be close. 2.1.2 所有各连接接头、紧固件不应有松动、脱落现象。 2.1.2 All conjunctions and fasteners shouldn’t be loosen and be fall off. 2.1.3 恒压装置压力调节螺母旋至中位，出口调节阀处于关断状态。 2.1.3 Put the pressure adjusting nut of constant pressure device at median, and close the outer adjusting valves. 2.1.4打开冷却水进出口母管总阀，冷却水进口母管的压力应大于0.2MPa。 2.1.4 Open the master valve of cooling water in-and-out parent pipes，and the pressure should over than 0.2MPa。 2.2 人工取样盘、仪表盘 2.2 Artificial sampling boards, dash boards 2.2.1 检查所有阀门及部件连接处是否连接可靠。 2.2.1 Check all the conjunctions between valves and parts firmly 2.2.2 人工取样盘上的限流阀应处于最大开度。 2.2.2 The current-limiting valves of artificial sampling boards need to be largest open. 2.2.3 关闭仪表盘上所有仪表取样阀门。 2.2.3 Closed all the meter-sampling valves of dash boards. 2.3 装置闭环保护系统 2.3 Closed device of protecting system 2.3.1 温控开关 2.3.1 Temperature controlling switches 温控开关通电后输出闭合信号，保护装置应实施保护动作。 When the temperature controlling switches power on and output the closing signal, the protecting device run. 2.3.2 靶式流量控制器 2.3.2 Target style flow-controller. 关闭冷却水进水阀门或出水阀门，靶式流量控制器应输出闭合信号，同时各样水保护装置应实施保护动作。 Close the cooling water in-and-out valves or outer valves, target style flow-controller outputs the closing signal, and protecting devices run. 2.4 化学分析仪表 2.4 Chemical analyze meter 仪表盘电气箱内电器元件齐全，接线端子连接可靠，分别接通各仪表电源，仪表接线正确。 The electric appliances of dash boards component inside
