编号 南京航空航天大学 毕业论文 题 目 TPS在的应用分析 学生姓名 准考证号 专 业 工业工程 指导教师 二〇一四年五月  TPS在焊装车间的应用分析 摘要 我国自主品牌汽车的发展一直是人们关注的焦点。改革开放30年来中国社会发生了天翻地覆的变化，我们创造出了被称为“经济奇迹”的快速经济增长。 但是伟大的经济并没有催生伟大的企业。伴随着国外品牌汽车纷纷进入中国市场，我国自主品牌汽车的发展正面临巨大的挑战。江淮汽车属于自主品牌之中的后起之秀，自2007年开始进入乘用车领域，在管理经验和生产模式方面存在极大的改进空间，因此，从我公司的发展速度和战略定位等实际经营管理需要出发，把焊装车间作为学习实践TPS的试验田，不断学习不断改善，以提高自身核心竞争力。 本文首先分析了TPS在我国的发展以及趋势，结合TPS在汽车企业中的应用情况、以及结合江淮汽车目前的发展状况，认真地进行了TPS在我公司焊装车间应用分析。通过研究学习丰田生产方式，对焊装车间进行深入调研，发现车间内部所存在的问题，分析原因，运用TPS基本原理方法，有针对性地对车间进行一系列的改进，进而有效提高车间生产效率和经济效益，最后进行分析总结。 关键词：自主品牌，TPS，焊装车间，应用分析，改进 Analysis of the application of TPS in JAC auto welding workshop Abstract In this paper, The development of Chinese independent brand car has always been the focus of attention. Reform and opening up 30 years, Chinese society changed, we have created is called the economic miracle of rapid economic growth. But great economy did not have generated great enterprise. With foreign brands are entering the Chinese market, the development of the independent brand cars in China is facing a great challenge. JAC auto belongs to a rising star of the independent brand, since 2007 into the field of passenger car, the management experience and production pattern has great room for improvement, therefore, from my companys development strategic positioning and speed of the actual operation and management needs of the welding workshop as a learning practice of TPS laboratories, learning to improve continuously, to improve their core competitiveness.
