概述 description 总则 general term A公司穆松桥公司（A—COMPANY PAM）将为其在BB省BB市的大管件工厂投资装备抛丸设备。 抛丸设备冷线十分重要，关系到产品质量，因此承包商的供货必须有最大的可靠性保证，以防止由于设备故障或失效对于生产造成影响。 For the newly invested shot-blasting machines for XZ big fittings of A—COMPANY PAM BB Site, located in BB City, BB province, it is very important to cold line and relevant to quality of products. Therefore its reliability needs to be maximized to prevent any failure or shutdown that could cause a production stoppage. 交货条件DELIVERY CONDITION □ 工厂交货Ex-Works □ 工地交货Delivery to Job-site □ 工地货车交货FOT at Job-site □ 工地卸货交货With Unloading at Job-site □ 卸货并建设 With Unloading and Erection at Job-site □ 欧洲码头离岸价交货F.O.B. in European sea port □ 中国码头到岸价C.I.F. Chinese Port 油漆、包装及运输PAINTING，PACKING AND TRANSPORTATION 供应商须向A公司提供油漆式样，得到确认许可后方可油漆。参照合同附件A公司提供的油漆标准。 The supplier has to submit painting procedure to A—company. The equipment should be painted after getting permission from A—company. Please refer to the attached file: A—company painting standard. 涂装前应将表面的铁锈、残留物、油污、尘土及其他脏物清除干净。除锈方法和除锈等级应符合 GB 8923 的规定，当使用喷射或抛丸除锈时，其除锈等级不低于 Sa2；当使用手刷或动力工具除锈时，除锈等级不低于 St2。设备的漆膜应均匀，颜色一致，不得有发脆、剥落、裂纹、卷皮和刷痕等缺陷，厚度不得小于 50 μm。漆膜附着力按 JB/T 53134 的规定。供应商在安装施工中需现场油漆的设备在油漆过程中不得污染施工现场环境。 每一独立包装的货物须备有描述设备规格及数量的装箱单。装箱单由防水袋保存固定于货物上或置于箱中的安全地方妥善保存，以便打开包装时能顺速获得。 Each package for transportation shall contain a copy of its packing list enumerating the parts contained therein. The packing list shall be placed in a waterproof paper envelope and fixed or secured as necessary in position inside the case, the crate etc. so that it will be immediately available when the package is opened. 设备须木质包装，防止变形及相互碰撞，便于叉车转运。 Wood packing for equipments, avoid mutation, attacking each other, can be transferred by forklift. 脆弱易碎品如玻璃，箱体上须注明“易碎，小心轻放”。 Cases containing fragile or delicate material such as glass should be marked as Fragile - Handle with Care. 备件及类似材料须蜡纸包装。敏感物件如燃油泵、注射器、喷嘴等须合成材料或塑料包裹防护包装。 Spare parts and similar materials shall be packed in waxed pap
