毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 ZH1105气缸体三面攻螺纹组合机床总体 及后主轴箱设计 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名 班 级 学 号 指导教师 完成日期 2014年6月4日 ZH1105气缸体三面攻螺纹组合机床总体及后主轴箱设计 摘 要：本次毕业设计是为了满足盐城市江淮动力集团为ZH1105型柴油机气缸体的批量生产以及加工的技术要求。本次设计要加工的气缸体外形尺寸为490x300x180,加工的内容是对其左、右、后三面进行攻螺纹，三面共计要加工31个螺纹孔，具体的加工内容为攻左面15个螺纹，右面10个螺纹孔，后面6个螺纹孔。本次加工的定位的方式是左面和后面同时采用个一根定位条和右面的一个定位销，另外同时用气缸从上面和右面进行辅助夹紧来进行都工件的定位。本次设计的组合机床的加工效率得到有效的提高，同时降低了工人的劳动强度，零件的加工成本得到降低，企业利润会得到提到。另外设计出来的组合机床应该满足加工零件的精度和位置的要求外，还要能够便于操作、运输、安装和保养维修等。 关键词：组合机床；机械滑台；总体设计；后主轴箱设计 需要CAD图纸的联系QQ：844907045  Design of overall and Back Headstock of Modular Machine Tool for Tapping on Three-Side of ZH1105 cylinder Abstract: The graduation project is to Yancheng JAC Power Group ZH1105 diesel engine cylinder for mass production and meet the technical requirements for processing.
