“乐寰”轮重油分油机工作原理及故障分析 [摘要]随着人们对燃烧过程的深入研究以及燃油喷射技术的长足发展，使得船用柴油机在使用重油的技术上有了很大的进步。重油在使用前必须经过净化处理，除去其中的水分和杂质。劣质燃油在船舶中的普及使用，使得分油机显得越来越重要。“乐寰”轮上燃油分油机为ALFA-LAVAL MOPX207型分油机，在运转的过程中分油机出现排渣故障，结合该故障，介绍了分油机结构和原理，进一步分析了分油机的故障原因，并根据理论分析和实际操作最终消除了故障。 [关键词] 分油机；工作原理；故障；排除 Operation Principle and Fault Analysis of the ALFA-LAVAL MOPX207 Oil Distributor in M.V JOYOUS WORLD [Abstract] As we learn about the combustion process and the great development of fuel inject technology, it makes great improvement of the technology of burning heavy fuel oil. It must be cleaned to remove the water and residue from the heavy fuel oil before we use it. The low quality fuel oil is used popular in the ship, it makes the oil separator become more and more important .M.V JOYOUS WORLD is equipped with ALFA-LAVAL MOPX207 oil separators. When a separator is running, discharge failure occurs. According to the failure, this thesis explains the structure and principle of the separator. Further we analysis the causes of the failure. Basic on theoretical analysis and practical operation. finally the failure is eliminated.
