河北省利用外资的状况及趋势分析报告方案.doc

摘 要 河北省环抱京津，位于环渤海的中心地带，属于国家重点发展的京津冀经济圈。河北以其优越的地理位置，方便快捷的交通、通讯，巨大的市场，良好的投资环境，正在成为外商投资的热点地区，得到了各国投资者的青睐。经过多年的开放与发展,河北省利用外资总额不断增长,规模不断扩大,为推动河北经济和社会的发展做出了巨大贡献。但是在利用外资过程中也有不足之处,诸如投资区域不合理、引资方式单一以及外资来源集中等等。针对这些问题,需要我们改进工作,以吸引更多的外商来河北省投资,提高河北的综合实力。众所周知，科学合理地利用外资，对区域经济发展有着明显的带动作用。本文结合河北省利用外资的现状，分析了外资在河北省经济发展中的意义，提出了河北省利用外资存在的主要问题及原因，并针对存在的问题及原因，在研究分析的基础上提出了河北省利用外资跨越式发展的对策措施。 本文首先分析了外资含义、河北省利用外资的现状及意义在此基础上指出目前河北省利用外资存在的诸如吸引外资规模小、投资环境不够理想、投资结构不够合理等问题。通过分析目前河北省利用外资存在的优势和劣势，面临的机遇和挑战，在此基础上提出了河北省利用外资的战略选择及具体措施。其中指出要在优化河北的投资环境适应外商投资环境的新变化的基础之上，不断更新引资方式依托优势产业，推进产业招商，促进河北省利用外资模式改革。 关键词 河北省；外资；投资环境；多元化 Abstract Surrounded by Beijing and Tianjin, Hebei Province, located in the center of the Bohai Sea, a state focus on the development of Beijing, Tianjin Economic Circle.
