郑州华信学院 本科生毕业设计 题 目： 新郑市一中办公楼设计 指导教师： 王长太 职称： 工程师 学生姓名： 廖华南 学号： 0903110347 专 业： 土木工程 院 （系）： 建筑工程学院 答辩日期： 2013年5月18日 2013年5月18 日 摘 要 本工程为新郑市一中办公楼工程，采用框架结构，主体为六层，本地区抗震设防烈度为8度，场地类别为II类场地。主导风向为西南，基本风压0.40KN/M，基本雪压0.25 KN/M。楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。 本次设计包括建筑设计与施工组织设计两部分。 建筑设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则，按照建筑设计规范，认真考虑影响设计的各项因素的前提下进行设计。建筑设计包括建筑方案设计，建筑施工图的绘制，包括建筑说明，各层建筑平面图，屋顶平面图，主立面，侧立面图，剖面图，节点详图，门窗表等。 施工组织设计重点在于施工上如何选择最优的施工方法，施工机械，确定施工部署等。施工组织设计的基本任务是根据对建设项目的工期要求，选择经济合理的施工方案，即确定施工顺序，选定施工方法和施工机械；确定施工进度，拟订措施，确定布置，合理组织全部生产活动等。 整个设计过程中，严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求，参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范，对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。总之，适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则。设计合理可行的建筑结构方案是现场施工的重要依据。 关键词：框架结构 建筑设计 施工组织设计 ABSTRACT This project for Xinzheng Sincheng No. 1 Middle school office building project, a framework structure for a six-storey main, in the region earthquake intensity of 8 degrees.
