农村劳动力异地转移后的现状及对策研究 ---以贵州省晴隆县长流乡虎场村为例 刘宇 （2010031165） （黔南民族师范学院历史与社会文化系 贵州都匀 558000) 【摘要】在当代经济发展大潮的驱动下，虎场村的劳动力也不断异地转移。在一定时期内，劳动力异地转移给虎场村带来了诸多好处，提高了农民收入，带来了先进的思想、技术，提高了农民的生活水平，推动了农村经济发展，改变了虎场村的面貌。但是，虎场村劳动力过度异地转移带来了人口结构不合理、家庭问题凸显、农业科技、特色农业无法推广、农村留守儿童心里问题突出、空巢老人无人照料等诸多现实的或潜在的严重问题。本文通过实地调查及统计分析的方法以围绕虎场村劳动力异地转移后的人口结构、家庭、农业发展、教育、社会等现状，来进一步分析其引发的诸多严重的问题，并提出相应的对策，以实现劳动力就近转移及当地的特色发展。 【关键词】虎场村；劳动力异地转移；问题；就地转移；特色发展。 Current Situation and Countermeasures after the off-site transfer of rural labor --- taking Huchang village,in Qinglong County , Guizhou Province, as a case. In short period of time , the labor force is transferred to the remote village of Huchang field has brought many benefits . It improves the income of peasants, brings the advanced ideas, technology, improves the living standards of farmers, promotes rural economic development,and Huchang village has changed a lot. However, the labor brought over off-site transfer of population structure is irrational, family issues highlighted , agricultural technology ,specialty agriculture can not widespread , make rural children’s heart problems left behind , empty nesters unattended and other actual or potential serious problems.
