Only by constantly strengthen petroleum enterprise management innovation, to make our countrys oil companies to survive competition. The oil industry is a capital-intensive, technology-intensive industry, puts forward more refinement on management requirements. With the continuous development of our economy and the deepening of the economic system reform, the state-owned oil companies and the medium and small private oil enterprise demand for science and technology and enterprise management is more and more urgent. For “ZhaShui” Petrochemical enterprise managers, a good management mode can promote the development of ZhaShui county transportation industry, to vigorously promote the oil industry is thriving.
