题 目： 基于PLC的步进电机的运动控制系 统的设计 学 院： 物理与电气信息工程学院 专 业： 电气工程及其自动化 班 级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2015 年 4 月 16 日 基于PLC的步进电机的运动控制系统的设计 【摘要】在电气时代的今天，步进电机在现代化的生产和生活中起着十分重要的作用。在这里详细介绍了一个由两台互相垂直放置的步进电机组成的以PLC为核心的运动控制系统的设计方案。包括系统的总体设计思路、各功能模块的具体方案、处理器的程序编写以及PLC与组态王之间的数据传输。该系统能够实现对两台互相垂直放置的步进电机的转动方向和转动速度的控制。通过分别控制两台步进电机的转动方向和转动速度，使一个木块能够以可调的速度向前后左右四个方向移动 The Design Based on?PLC of Motion?Control?Systems?of?Stepping?Motor? 【Abstract】In todays age of electricity, stepper motor plays an very important role in the production and life of modernization.ere introduces a design scheme about the motion control system of stepper motor.It consists of two stepper motor ,whitch vertically with each other.And the system with PLC as the controller. Studied the overall design，the concrete scheme of each module, the writing of the processors program and the transfer of data between PLC and kingview.The system can realize the control of rotating direction and rotating speed of two stepper motor ,whitch vertically with each other.The system can make a block to move in four directions with an adjustable speed by each control of two stepper motor about rotation direction and rotation speed. In addition,this system connects the PLC and kingview through the serial port, achieving the the real-time data communication between PLC and kingview. By using kingview software to made a monitor screen and add control button on the monitor screen can reflect and control the motion system in real time.
