摘要
自上世纪九十年代以来,日本经济发展趋于停滞,世界500强中的日本企业大幅减少。有人认为日本企业正在衰落,不值得学习。但迄今为止,日本企业在全球的表现明显优于中国企业,日本制造业在全球实力强劲。反观中国企业,虽然在某些产业取得了较大进步,但缺乏自主知识产权、管理水平滞后的根本问题没有解决。很多企业轻视管理,从而导致浪费严重、效率低下,已经严重阻碍了发展,中国企业的前景难测。
日本乐于接受外来文明、善于学习、力求完美的民族特征,造就了日本企业不断进步的基础。通过5S等现代企业管理手法,全员共同参与,造就了日本企业令人恐惧的竞争力。本文对比日本企业与中国企业(制造类)在管理上的差别,并提出中国企业追赶的思路与对策。

Abstract
Since the 1990s, Japan has tended to stagnate economic development in the worlds top 500 enterprises in Japan substantially reduced. It was that the decline of Japanese enterprises is not worth learning. But to date, the Japanese enterprises in the global performance is superior to Chinese enterprises, the Japanese manufacturers in the world and strength. In contrast, Chinese enterprises, although in some industries had made substantial progress, but the lack of independent intellectual property rights. Lag management in the fundamental problems have not been solved. Many enterprises ignored, leading to serious waste, inefficiency, and has seriously hampered development, Chinese enterprises in the future unpredictable. Japan is ready to accept foreign culture, enthusiasm for learning and strives for perfection in the national identity, and creating a Japanese enterprises on the basis of continuing progress. 5S through modern business management practices, full participation, and creating a frightening Japanese enterprises competitive edge. Contrast this with the Japanese enterprises in China enterprises (manufacturing) in the management of differences Chinese enterprises raised and catch up with the ideas and countermeasures.
