摘要 本设计为综合营业楼空调系统设计，该建筑为十四层高层民用建筑。 建筑占地面积约七百零二平方米，建筑面积约九千八百二十八平方米。地下一层，地上一至三层为营业厅，四层为保龄球馆，五层为餐厅，六层为设备层，七至十四层为高级客房，顶层为水箱间。本建筑的空调系统，要求实现每个有人员房间的夏季空调供冷，冬季空调供暖。 本文对办公楼的冷热负荷和湿负荷等作了细致精确的计算，为空调机组、风口等设计的选型及风道的布置提供了充分而准确的依据。选用全空气系统和风机盘管加新风系统。设计方案为一至三层营业厅和四层保龄球馆采用集中式全空气系统，一、二和三层的空气处理机组放置在地下室，四层和五层餐厅部分的空气处理机组放置在六层设备层；五层厨房采用不同的全空气系统，厨房单独设置排风系统，机组放置在五层中间；七至十四层高级客房采用风机盘管加新风系统，每层设置一个新风机组，新风机组采取吊装式空气处理机组，楼梯间及前室，走廊等部位采用局部消防排烟措施。 依据相关的空调设计手册所提供的参数，进一步完成新风机组、水泵、等的选型，从而将其反应在图纸上，最终完成整个空调系统设计。 关键词： 中央空调；负荷；选型；管路设计 Abstract This is a design for the air-condition project which is a part of the air-condition system of HuanYu business building. The building covers area about 702 square meters, the building area is about 9828 square meters. It’s got 14 floors of this high building except the underground floor. The first to the third floor are used as business hall. The fourth floor is used as bowling buildings. And the fifth floor is used as the restaurant and kitchen. The sixth floor is used for the equipments. The seventh to the fourteenth floor are the guest rooms. The top floor is used as the room of tank. It is required that the air-conditioning system should supply cold air of each room with people in summer and warm air in winter. The text made a meticulous and accurate calculation about the cold charge and wet charge. And it may supply the designing, choosing and laying of the air condition machine set and breeze way with a lot of right gists. The all-air system and PAU+FCU systems were chose to use in the design. Each function room should use the comfortable air condition the whole year. The first to the third floor, the business hall, should adopt the entire air system. The fourth floor of bowling buildings should also adopt the entire air system. The fifth floor of restaurant and kitchen should have an air condition and establish the vent system.
