中文摘要 对于一个公司来说，资本结构是事关公司发展前途的重要决策，是否能取得最好的资本结构是每一个上市公司应当首要思考的。只有制定最为优化的资本结构，才能促进上市公司加强自身的行为规范管理，使其更加规范性发展，这样才会使上市公司更具发展潜力。 对于资本结构理论已经有半个多世纪的钻研历史，其发展一直是在进行不断完善的。然则由于国内为经济体制和环境差异，我国的资本结构有着与西方国家存在差别的地方，针对这一差异，在对影响资本结构的各种项目加以体系化探究。 整个文章主要从上市公司资本结构展开叙述，主要包括对资本结构理论进行大体概述，融资决策的总结以及上市公司的影响要素几个方面。 关键词：资本结构　融资决策　股权分置　权衡理论　融资优序理论 abstract For a company, the capital structure of the company is related to the future development of important decisions, whether we can develop optimal capital structure is that each listed company should be the primary thought.
