信用证使用率下降及结算 方式新趋势的研究 学院： 班级： 姓名： 学号： 摘要 被誉为“国际商业的生命线”的信用证，是国际货物贸易的最主要的结算方式，对国际贸易的快速发展发挥了巨大的推动作用。但是，随着国际贸易和经济一体化的发展，买方市场在全球贸易中逐步形成，信用证具有难以克服的缺陷，无法有效适应国际贸易市场的新变化。近几年，信用证在全球的使用率有所下降，尤其是在欧美发达国家。 导致信用证使用率下降的原因是多方面的，本文采用定量与定性分析、归纳分析与比较分析相结合的方法，对信用证使用率下降的原因进行充分的论述。系统、全面的分析信用证使用率下降的原因及存在的问题，将为贸易结算方式的现在及未来的发展及运用提供理论依据。文章最后在这一大背景下，指出了国际支付方式现在即将来的发展方向，即国际结算方式日趋多元化的大趋势。信用证结算方式正在逐步衰退，让步于托收或汇款结算方式，国际结算中的混合结算方式日趋增多。 关键词：信用证使用率；结算方式；多元化 Research on the Decline of Percentage of L/C Utilization And the New Trend of Payment Abstract The letter of credit, once honored as “the lifeblood of international business”, is the most important method of settlement of international trade, which has played a irreplaceable role in promoting the rapid development of international trade. However, with the improvement of international trade and global economy, the buyer’s marker is forming gradually, and documentary settlement has faced formidable difficulties, it shows that documentary settlements can not acclimate to the new changes of international market. In recent years, the percentage of utilization of the letter of credit in the world has somewhat dropped, especially in those countries in Europe and the United States. The article fully discusses the many reasons of the L/C decline with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, inductive analysis and comparative analysis. Through the systematic overall analysis of these reasons and current issues, the article can provide theory basis for the present application and future development of method of settlement. Against this background, the final part studies the direction of present and future of international payment development, this is to say the international settlement has come in multiple forms. Credit settlement is gradually declining to give in to other new methods of settlement, such as international factoring, forfeiting, etc. Mixed settlement of international settlement is growing rapidly.
