? 10722 1105024110 G124 公开 本科毕业论文 深圳华侨城文化产业集群发展浅析 Analysis on Cultural Industry Cluster of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town 鲁涛 文化产业管理 管理学 赖春 二零一五年五月 摘 要 文化产业作为二十一世纪的“朝阳产业”已经名副其实地成为国民经济增长的新增长点，甚至已经成为国内部分发达城市的经济支柱。文化产业集群的形成是依赖于城市经济发展所缔造的经济基础，以社会接受程度、市场需求、支援产业、人才集聚、地域历史文化资源等为支撑。 深圳走在文化产业发展的前端，产业集群现象也日益明显，锦绣中华、华侨城、F518创意园区等为代表的深圳文化产业园区具有多元化的因素，深圳华侨城是深圳最具有代表的文化企业之一。本文第二章主要利用波特教授的钻石模型对深圳华侨城的文化产业竞争力进行了全面的分析；第三章着重对华侨城OCT-LOFT文化创意园区的发展现状进行了分析；第四章提出了一些华侨城在发展中遇到的问题；最后一章主要针对这些问题提出了相应的措施和机制创新手段。深圳华侨城文化产业的健康发展对我国整体的文化大发展、大繁荣无疑有着重要的借鉴意义。 关键词：文化产业；产业集群；深圳华侨城 Abstract Unquestionable, the cultural industry is a sunrise industry in the 21st century .with the globalization of Economies; in the domestic part of the more developed cities, the cultural industry has become an important pillar of the economy. The formation of cultural industry clusters are mostly dependent on the citys economic development by creating economic base to social acceptance, market demand, industry support, personnel gather, historical and cultural resources for local support. Shenzhen walking in front-end development of cultural industries, industry cluster phenomenon is also increasingly evident, Splendid China, OCT, F518 cultural and creative industries and other industrial park in Shenzhen has represented a wide range of factors, and Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town is one of the most outstanding achievements of Shenzhen Development Enterprise. The second chapter mainly use Porters diamond model of OCT cultural industry competitiveness conducted a comprehensive analysis; the third chapter focuses on the development of OCT OCT-LOFT cultural and creative industries are analyzed; Chapter IV presents a number of OCT in problems encountered in the development; the last chapter focused on these issues the corresponding measures and mechanism innovation means. The healthy development of the cultural industry in Shenzh
