毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 100m3/d废塑料清洗废水 处理工程设 摘 要本次设计的目的是对水处理进行初步设计，针对其废水水质、水量在一天内的变化比较有机污染物含量高等特点，分析与本工程相关的资料，经过多种处理方案的比较，最终选定为主体的处理工艺。 本调节池、，对污水进行预处理，去除水中的悬浮颗粒mg/L、NH3-N≤20mg/L、浊度≤10mg/L、色度≤30倍、TDS≤1000mg/L。 通过初步预算，将带来比较可观的经济效益和良好的环境效益。 本对调节池、、等主要构筑物进行计算，编制设计说明书，并绘制工艺流程、构筑物平面及高程、主要构筑物图纸。关键词：废水有机污染物水解酸化Abstract The purpose of this paper is to design a treatment process for dealing with waste plastics cleaning wastewater.In view of its wastewater quantity within a day change is bigger, organic pollutant content is high, analysing the related material about engineering ,eventually I selected the combined technological process consisting of hydrolysis and contact oxidation after many kinds of processing scheme comparison. The pre-treatment process is composed by grille,regulating pond and the grease separation, its purpose is to remove larger suspended particulate matter and the oil substances. Hydrolysis is a treatment unit that degrade Complex organic molecules into small molecule soluble organic matter and organic acid and provide quality gelatins for subsequent aerobic reactors.There exists mainly aerobic microorganisms and autotroph in biological contact oxidation pool organic matter be decomposed into CO2 and H2O by Aerobic microbes. The water through this process to achieve the standards of Urban Sewage Reuse and Water Quality of Miscellaneous Water in the city: pH value6~9、BOD5≤20mg/L、NH3-N≤20mg/L、Turbidity≤10mg/L、Chromaticity ≤30 Times、TDS≤1000mg/L.
