The coking plant faces the problem the huge inventory in the raw material purchase and the end product hard coke supply tow stage. How further reduces the inventory, is the coking plant and the main corporation reduces the cost and the increase benefit urgent demand. This article take the coking plant inventory management as the master line, in the applied science inventory management three main methods: The inventory variety quantity management, the inventory cost management, the inventory control management, the union modern supply chain management thought, analyzes the coking plant the question which exists in the inventory management, and finally was proposing the coking plant must establish take ERP as the foundation inventory controls and strengthens the inventory to execute the management the suggestion.
