生物技术通报 BIO TE CHN OLOG Y B ULLETIN 20 11 5 韩素贞 王静 吕超 (, 100048) : 从甘肃天祝县土壤中分离到的 27株放线菌, 作为测试放线菌拮抗性的 试菌株抗菌试验表明, 14株放线菌 对 6株革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌以及白色念珠菌等指示菌有抗性菌株WTL-4WTL-20和 WTL-26抗菌谱最广, WTL-4能抗 3 种革兰氏阳性菌, WTL-20能抗革兰氏阳性的金黄色葡萄球菌和单增李斯特菌革兰氏阴性的沙门氏菌及真菌白色念珠菌, WTL-26能抗革兰氏阳性的金黄色葡萄球菌和单增李斯特菌及革兰氏阴性的沙门氏菌抗肿瘤试验表明, 有 8株菌株对肿瘤 细胞有抑制作用, 其中抑制率在 60% 以上的菌株占 185% 对抗肿瘤活性较高的 3 株菌WT L-4WTL-14和 WTL-15 以及没 有抗菌和抗肿瘤活性的菌株WTL-27进行了系统发育分析从系统发育树可以看出, 4株菌均属于链霉菌属( Strep tomy ces ) 菌株 WT L-4与S trep tomy ces v irido chromoqenes的相似性为 98% ; 菌株WTL-14和WTL-15的相似性达到 992% , 它们与S. f lavoli- m osu s 174457的相似性达到 994% ; WT L-27与S. mycrof lav us的相似性为 99% : 放线菌 抗菌活性 抗肿瘤活性 Study on Antagonistic Functions ofActinomyces Isolated from Wutailing in Tianzhu, Gansu Province H an Suzhen W ang Jing L Chao (Lfi e Science Co lleg e, Cap italN ormal University, B eij ing 100048 Abstrac:t 27 strains of actinom ycetes w ere isolated from the soil ofWu tailing in T ianzhu, Gansu pro ince wh ich w ere used as ex- permi ent ones on resistance research.
