湖南省循环农业发展评价与制约因素分析 摘要 湖南是我国南方重要的农业大省，本省具有独特的气候特点和丰富的土地资源，为发展多样化农业生产提供了十分有利的条件。但近些年来，粗放式的农业发展中凸显出的诸多问题，使农业发展空间越来越窄，危急了农业的可持续发展。循环农业是利用循环经济的理念，指导农业的循环生产。循环农业是一种全新的发展理念和发展模式，为现代农业产业注入了新的活力，并开拓了农业发展的新局面。循环农业是一个复合的大系统，涉及的产业很多，本文经过调研湖南省循环农业发展的现状及模式的运用，发现湖南循环农业主要存在四大制约因素。针对这些问题，作者提出了自己的四条建议: 转变农业经济发展传统理念；加强宣传力度，提高农业生产者的节能意识；建立我国循环农业发展的法律保障体系；加强技术创新，确保循环农业顺利开展。 关键词:循环经济；循环农业；模式；湖南省 HUNAN CYCLE AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION AND RESTRICT FACTORS ABSTRACT Hunan is china’s important agricultural province in the south. Our province has a unique climate and rich land resources, diversification of agricultural production for the development of very favorable conditions. But in recent years, development of extensive cultivation has appeared many problems，made the space of agricultural’s development more and more narrow, critical of the sustainable development of agriculture. Circular agriculture is the use of the concept of circular economy and guide the cycle of agricultural production. Circular agriculture is a new development concept and model. It has injected new vitality for the modern agricultural industry, and to open up new prospects for agricultural development. Agriculture is a complex cycle of large systems involving many industries, this paper research in the status of Hunan agricultural Development cycle and mode or use. After research, found that there are four major restrict factors in agricultural Hunan cycle development.Be aimed at these problems, the author propose his four suggestions: change the traditional idea of agricultural economy development;step up publicity efforts to increase awareness of farmers have energy; strengthen the complete policies system of Chinese Circular agriculture; strengthen technological innovation, to ensure the smooth development of circular agriculture.
