I toured the city of Morocco —the land of mystery. I expected to see some wonderful sights, but something unexpected made me remember it forever. ???? As I boarded the ship that was to take me across the Mediterranean Sea to the northern shores of Morocco, I was excited. The boat ride took only about 45 minutes. Our tour bus drove to Tétouan , one of the major cities in Morocco. There, I had my first realglimpse of Morocco. What I saw shocked me. People appeared in their doorways and stared at us curiously. Children in dirty clothes played in the trash. I wondered if they knew McDonald’s or Spider Man. To my surprise, I always saw smiles on their faces. ???? As I boarded the bus, I looked back at all the people, some of them children, and thought about how difficult it must be to have to go through hardships every single day.
