After she received the product she found the package looked OK but the smell was different. The most terrible thing was that she came out in a rash after using it. She must have been tricked and bought a fake product. The general solution to this problem is complaining to the Customer Service Department of the vendor. Some customers choose to complain to the manufacturer. Few people consider turning to legal action. We think the most effective anti-counterfeiting measure is to enforce strict policies to prevent counterfeits from being produced. It is hoped that government can set up a central enforcement agency and data base to help bring legal action against the offenders. Unit 5 Brand Further Listening Script 1.
