开放经济下中国经济发展模式的转变研析.docVIP

摘  要  经济全球化是一个必然的历史过程，在经济全球化发展的历程中，中国至今进 行了 30 年的改革开放，经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩。但是在经济增长速度一路 狂奔的同时，我国现行开放阶段的经济发展模式也给我们带来了自然资源的短缺、 生态环境的恶化，抑制着我国经济长期的可持续发展，因此本文将针对此问题展开 研究。 为了寻找在经济全球化背景下，能够使我国经济稳定可持续发展的模式，本文 采用规范分析和实证分析相结合，定量分析与定性分析相结合,历史分析和逻辑分析 相结合的方法进行相关研究。作者以国内外学者关于开放经济、经济增长和经济（增 长）发展模式的研究为理论基础，以美日开放经济下经济发展模式为实践基础，分 析了我国开放经济的现状、我国开放经济对经济发展的影响、我国经济发展模式的 现状以及必须转变经济发展模式的原因。研究得出在我国目前经济发展模式表现为 经济增长中全要素生产率低下，依赖大量的固定资产投资、出口维持经济高速增长， 消费需求对经济增长的推动乏力。 文章的创新在于从开放经济的优越性，生产要素的流动性为出发点，通过比较 分析美日开放经济下的经济发展模式，得出开放经济下经济发展的目标模式。并就 我国开放经济下经济发展模式与目标模式的差距进行实证分析，认为要转变我国目 前的经济发展模式就必须提高我国的开放经济水平，并从这个角度提出转变经济发 展模式的可行性对策。  关键词：开放经济  经济增长  经济发展模式  经济增长模式  I Abstract In the economy globlization ,China has attracted the word-wide attention by the achievment in the reform and open process during almost 30 years. But at the speedy growth on economy, Chinese economic development mode based on high resource consumption and heavy pollution brings us the shortage of the natural source and the deteriorate of the ecological environment, which restrains the sustainable development of Chinese economy ,so this paper will launch the research on this issue.
