摘要 本工程为襄樊市民发房地产开发有限公司半山逸品商住小楼9#楼，系全现浇混凝土框架结构，共5层， 建筑面积3065.5m2。耐火等级2级，屋面防水等级2级，所有墙体均在标高-0.06m处设防潮层；建筑安全等级2级，正常使用年限50年，抗震设防烈度6度。本次施工组织设计，以图纸为依据，结合实际的施工，绘制出施工进度横道图和施工网络图。 本次施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。 关键词：框架结构 ； 施工进度； 组织设计 ABSTRACT Xiangfan public works for the Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. hair goods Yat-levels of commercial and residential floor, small building # 9, the Department-wide cast-in-place concrete frame structure, a total of 5-storey building area 3065.5m2.
