生物膜法+活性污泥法联合处理工业废水工艺设计教程分析.doc

摘 要 饮料工业是我国食品工业发展最快的的行业之一。品种也由单一的汽水发展成为包括碳酸饮料在内的各种饮料。在饮料工业上规模上档次的同时，由此而产生的废水对环境的污染也逐渐为人们所重视。 本次水污染工程课程设计处理的废水为汽水类饮料废水。排放的废水主要来自洗瓶水及灌注机、溶糖罐等设备清洗废水以及残留的产品原液，另外废水还包括冲洗地面水。废水水质主要为蔗糖有机废水，废水排放为非连续，水质水量不均匀，尤其水量波动大，水中有机物含量高，ph不稳定，若不经处理直接排放，将对水体造成巨大污染。 本次工艺主体设计采用生物膜+活性污泥联合工艺。生物膜+活性污泥联合工艺是把活性污泥法与生物膜法相结合的一种生物处理技术。本次设计采用UASB+生物接触氧化池来处理饮料废水。出水指标达到国家排放标准。 abstract Beverage industry is one of the fastest growing industries in food industry in China. Discharge of waste water mainly comes from washing bottle water and perfusion machine, such as soluble sugar pot equipment cleaning wastewater as well as the residual product concentrate, wastewater also include surface water rinsing. Wastewater quality mainly for sucrose organic wastewater and wastewater discharge is a continuous, uneven water, especially water fluctuation, high content of organic matter in water, the ph is not stable, if discharged directly without treatment, will cause great pollution to water. The subject design using the biofilm + activated sludge process. Biofilm + activated sludge combination process is the activated sludge process and biofilm method of a kind of biological treatment technology. This design USES the UASB + biological contact oxidation pool to beverage wastewater treatment. Effluent indexes meet the national \integrated wastewater discharge standard\ (GB 8978-1996) in the secondary emission standards.
