三 江 学 院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 杠杆原理在财务管理中的运用 —以HY房地产公司为例 院（系） 专业 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 指导教师工作单位 起讫日期 摘 要 随着经济全球化的不断发展和资本市场的日趋完善，我国的经济发展也进入了一个新的历史时期。随着企业的数量不断增加、规模日益扩大，企业面临的市场竞争也日益严峻。要在竞争中寻求发展，资金是必不可少的，财务杠杆在企业财务管理特别是筹资负债中的合理运用十分重要。本文在国内外研究的基础上，首先对财务杠杆的理论进行了浅要分析，又在结合理论研究，选取具体案例，对具体一家公司在十多年间财务杠杆的运用进行分析，并指出其中的效果和不足，提出相应的解决方法。 关键词：财务杠杆；财务分析；财务杠杆系数；财务杠杆效应 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of economic globalization and the improvement of the capital market, the economic development of our country has entered a new historical period. As the scale of and number of companies are increasing, the market competition which each company is facing is increasingly serious. To seek to develop in the competition, money is without doubt indispensable. Financial leverage using in the reasonable utilization of enterprise financial management, especially the financing liabilities is very important. In this paper, on the basis of the research at home and abroad, I first analyze to the theory of financial leverage. Then in combination with theoretical research, specific case, of a specific company in ten years the use of financial leverage is analyzed, and pointed out the effect and the insufficiency, proposed the corresponding solution.
