In this paper, the expanded graphite/polystyrene composites using dioctyl?phthalate (DOP) as plasticizer were prepared via melt blending. And the relationships between conductive, mechanical of composits and rheology properties of the composites fluid and the content of expanded graphite were shudied. Several conclusion are drown as follows: It was found that, volume resistivity decreases with the increase of the content of expanded graphites in composites. The percolation threshold of the composites was 5%, and the lowest electrical resistivity is 8.65×105 (Ω·cm) when the content of expanded graphites reaches 13%. On the anther hand, the tensile strength increases at the beginning and decreases when the content continues going up while the impact strength is just the reverse, both of which reach its extreme value when the content of expanded graphites is 5%.
