摘 要 随着经济全球化的不断深入及我国加入世贸组织的步伐不断加快，数千家大型集团公司面临的竞争不断加剧，随之带来的财务风险给集团公司的发展产生巨大的挑战。集团公司在财务风险管理方面，内部管理的发展速度明显滞后于集团规模的发展速度。由于我国集团公司财务风险体系不健全，使得集团公司自身的规模效应优势无法准确发挥出来。因此，提高集团公司的财务风险管理水平,已被列为现代公司管理中的一项极为重要的内容。 财务风险存在于集团生产、经营的各个环节，集团的经营状况通常是通过财务风险全面地反映出来的。本文以集团公司的基本概念为基础，分析了我国集团公司财务风险管理的现状及形成的因素，系统地研究了集团公司财务风险管理的有关问题，在此基础上提出了若干完善集团公司财务风险管理的建议和应对措施。全文注重理论，采用理论与实例结合方法，做到理论联系实际，使集团公司财务风险管理的研究更具有目的性、准确性和现实性。 关键词：集团公司 财务风险 风险管理 风险防范  ABSTRACT With the economic globalization and Chinas accession to the WTO, Chinas thousands of large group company faces fierce competition , the financial risk to produce huge challenges to the healthy development of the group company. The group company internal management of the development of our country speed obviously lag behind the development of the company size, especially in financial risk management. Due to our group company financial risk system is not sound, make the group companys own economies of scale advantage can not be accurate. Therefore, strengthen the management of financial risk, has become a modern enterprise group management an important content. Financial risk exists in enterprise production and operation of each link, financial risk can comprehensively reflect the operating conditions of the enterprise. In this paper, starting from the basic concept of group company, analyzes the present situation of our country enterprise group financial risk management and the mechanism of formation, involving group company financial risk management system research on this issue, and put forward some countermeasures to perfect our group companys financial risk management. Full attention to theory, adopt the method of normative research, and strive to use case study to reveal the law of the group companys financial risk management, so as to achieve the theory with practice, the group company financial risk management research more targeted, accuracy and practical.
