浅析我国汽车物流的现状与发展研究 毕业论文.doc

摘 要 由于汽车工业的崛起与发展，汽车物流也在不断进步，在我国，随着经济建设的不断发展和人民生活水平的提高，加之于公里设施的不断建立与完善，汽车的需求量也在逐年上升，但与之伴随而来的是汽车销售价格的不断下降和产能的不断增加，汽车厂商不得不面临巨大的成本挑战，仅仅靠生产工艺的改进、不断开发新产品的投入、廉价的劳动力已无法拉开与竞争对手之间的距离，企业开始把目光转向物流这一“第三利润源”上来。本文是根据这一社会想象介绍了汽车物流的内涵，分析了汽车物流的的各种供应链模式，以及在这些模式下汽车物流的特点，主要探讨我国目前汽车物流的现行模式和行业现状，重点探析其发展过程中存在的问题和不足，针对这些不足，研究应该如何采取相应的措施，从而改变现状使之有更好更快的发展。 关键词：汽车物流；供应链；自营物流；外包物流 Abstract With the rise and development of automotive industry and continuous improvement of automotive logistics and constant buliding and improvement of mile facilities in China, the demand for motocars is increasing year by year however followed by constant declining sale price and incresing capacity.which forces motorcar manufacturers to be faced with huge cost chanllenges.It is impossible to distance themselves from the competiters just by improving production process,imvestment of new products and cheap labor.So companies begin to pay their attention to the third profit headspring-logistics.The essay based on this social phenpmenon introduces the definition of automotive logistics,analyse its current different supply chain modes and characteristics ,mainly discuss its current modes and situation , analyse its problems and deficiency during its progress and study how to adopt corresponding measures for better and faster development.
