如何应对欧盟对华反倾销的策略 【摘要】 近年来，我国经济持续快速的增长，对外贸易增长十分迅速,对外出口持续顺差。中国的产品由于拥有丰富的劳动力和原材料，成本较低，在竞争中具有明显优势。但中国产品也因此遭受众多国家的反倾销调查。各国对我出口产品的频频反倾销已经构成了对我国经贸发展的实质性障碍。发达国家是对华反倾销指控的主要成员，而在这些发达国家中，是以欧盟为主的。国外对我国发起的反倾销案件出现逐步扩大的趋势。对我国经济造成了严重的危害，使我国成为国际反倾销的严重受害国。因此，我国企业如何应对日益严重的对华反倾销是我们面临的一个紧迫问题，而对这一问题进行深入的研究不仅是要为出口企业挽回经济损失，更应被视为清除贸易障碍的第一步，因而具有极为重大的现实意义。本文以图表分析及比较的方法阐述了欧盟对我国反倾销的原因，并且针对这些原因提出结合政府和企业如何应对欧盟对华反倾销的相应策略。 关键词：反倾销；竞争力；替代国政策；结构转变 【Abstract】 In recent years, the economy of our country keeps on growing fast, foreign trade grows quickly, and export keeps on going surplus. The products of China are very cheap and have obvious advantage in the competition because it owns abundant labor force and original material. And the products of China therefore suffer the anti-dumping investigations of numerous nations. The frequent anti-dumping investigations of Chinese products from foreign countries have already become a substantive obstacle of the development of economic and trade of our country. The developed country is the main anti-dumping accusation member to China. EU is the chief member of these developed countries. The anti-dumping cases to China from foreign countries have a extended trend gradually, it created havoc with the economy of our country, and it makes our country the serious victim country. Therefore, how to cope with the growing problem of anti-dumping cases to business enterprises of our country is an urgent problem we face, the intensive study on the subject is not only for retrieving economic losses of export enterprises ,but also for removing trade barriers as the first step, so it has a great practical significance.
