In the experiment, Litopenaeus vannamei was provided by Lianyungang local farmers, shrimp was domesticated for a week in order to adapt to the laboratory environment. For a detailed investigation of lysozyme on nonspecific immunity function of shrimp, uniform size, healthy and lively prawn were selected and randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and 1 control groups, each group of 40 tails, each with 3 parallel. They were housed in a glass fiber tank (48.5×27.5×35 cm), the salinity was 16, pH 7.7-8.2. They were fed two times (06:00 and 18:00 h), excessive feeding. After feeding 2.5 h, the bait was collected from each barrel. The water was changed about 2/3 every day, dissolved oxygen was maintained at 6 mg L-1, pH 8.5±0.3, temperature 22± 0.5 ℃, continuous inflating. The results showed that the activity of SOD with time prolong assumes the trend of escalation. Figure 1shows the output of O2- with time prolonged upward trend, adding 2% to the O2- group the highest yield, followed by 1% and adding 3% groups, control group were the lowest.
