本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 溶菌酶对凡纳滨对虾非特异性免疫因子的影响 The effect of lysozyme on non-specific?immune factors of Litopenaeus?vannamei 学 院: 海洋学院 专业班级: 海洋科学 海科081 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 年 月 毕业设计(论文)中文摘要 溶菌酶对凡纳滨对虾非特异性免疫因子的影响 摘 要:本试验以选取大小均匀、健康活泼对虾随机分为3个试验组和1个对照组,每组40尾,每组设3个平行饲养于玻璃纤维水槽(48.5×27.5×35cm)内,盐度为16,pH为7.7-8.2,(0600和18:00 h)h后从每个桶 6.0 mg(L-1以上,±0.3,温度为22±0.5℃,连续充气。结果表明:由图1可以看出O2-的产量随着时间的延长呈上升趋势,2%添加量组的O2-的产量最高,其次是1%和3%添加量组,对照组最低。由图2可以看出,PO活性随着时间的延长呈上升趋势,第7d后,2%添加量组的PO活性最高,其次是1%和3%添加量组,对照组最低。由图3可以看出,SOD活性随着时间的延长呈上升趋势,第7d后,SOD活性依次为2%添加组2%添加组3%添加组对照组。由图4可知,随着时间的延长,对照组和实验组血清蛋白含量均呈先上升,到达最大值后逐渐下降趋势。 关键词:溶菌酶;凡纳滨对虾;非特异免疫因子;浓度梯度 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要 The effect of lysozyme on non-specific?immune factors of Litopenaeus?vannamei Abstract: The effect of lysozyme on non-specific immune factors of Litopenaeus vannamei was conducted. In the experiment, Litopenaeus vannamei was provided by Lianyungang local farmers, shrimp was domesticated for a week in order to adapt to the laboratory environment. For a detailed investigation of lysozyme on nonspecific immunity function of shrimp, uniform size, healthy and lively prawn were selected and randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and 1 control groups, each group of 40 tails, each with 3 parallel. They were housed in a glass fiber tank (48.5×27.5×35 cm), the salinity was 16, pH 7.7-8.2. They were fed two times (06:00 and 18:00 h), excessive feeding. After feeding 2.5 h, the bait was collected from each barrel. The water was changed about 2/3 every day, dissolved oxygen was maintained at 6 mg L-1, pH 8.5±0.3, temperature 22± 0.5 ℃, continuous inflating. The results showed that the activity of SOD with time prolong assumes the trend of escalation. Figure 1shows the output of O2- with time prolonged upward trend, adding 2% to the O2- group the highest yield, followed by 1% and adding 3% groups, control group were the lowest.
