摘 要 随着计算机的普及和信息处理技术的广泛应用，越来越多的系统和部门对市电供电质量提出了更高的要求。而实际的市电电网本身难以满足这些要求，这是因为造成电网污染的因素除了众所周知的电压波动、频率变化外，还有来自电网外部、内部的各种噪音和干扰，它们主要有：电压浪涌、电压尖峰、电压瞬变、噪声电压、过压、电压跌落、持续低电压、电源中断等。这些污染或干扰对计算机类或其它精密仪器设备所造成的危害不尽相同。如电源中断，可能造成硬件损坏；电压跌落，可能会使硬件提前老化、文件数据丢失；过压或欠压、浪涌电压等，可能会损坏驱动器、存储器、逻辑电路，还可能产生不可预料的软件故障；噪声电压和瞬变电压，可能损坏逻辑电路和文件数据，甚至会影响整个通信系统的正常工作。目前的通信局站都有市电停电、检修、发生事故停电的时候。此时，不论是两路市电转换，还是起动备用柴油发电机组，都需要10～20min的时间。这段时间使用交流供电的通信设备如不使用UPS或逆变器必然停止工作。另外电网的电压波形也不干净，存在着过压、欠压、尖峰、浪涌等干扰。为了保证计算机和这部分通信设备的正常工作，就必须使用高质量的交流电源一UPS。 文章对通信用UPS的主要功能、性能指标及发展趋势作了较为详细的介绍。 关键词 不间断电源　性能指标　通信　蓄电池 Abstract With the popularity of computer and information processing technology, widely used, more and more sectors of the city system and the quality of power supply a higher demand.
