Abstract Abstract Ⅱ 摘要 Ⅰ 我国私营企业的人力资源管理 摘 要 改革开放以后私营经济才被定义为国民经济的“组成部分”。随着中国加入WTO和经济时代的到来,无论是国有企业还是私营企业已经进入了快速发展的时代,问题在私营企业也开始逐渐暴露出来。在进入知识经济时代,企业间的竞争归根到底表现为人力资源的竞争,私营企业的人员素质,从整体性能上来说,不再满足快速发展和竞争的需要。必须科学认识我国私营企业人力资源管理所处的环境、现状及存在问题,用全新的管理理念和创新的工作方法,加快私营企业人力资源开发与管理的变革。本文通过对私营企业的人力资源管理问题进行了分析,认为目前私营企业对人力资源管理重视程度不够,加上受传统中国人情关系的影响,人力资源管理的目标不清,使得各种管理手段效果不佳。为了解决这一问题,不仅要提高认识,而且要不断完善人力资源管理制度。 关键词:私营企业;人力资源管理;问题分析;对策 Abstract Only after the reform and opening up the private sector of the economy is defined as component the national economy.With Chinas accession to the WTO and the arrival of the Economic Times,both the state-owned enterprise and the private enterprise has entered the era of rapid development,and the problem in the private enterprise also began gradually exposed.In the knowledge economy era,the competition between enterprises performanced as human resources competition all in all,the personnel quality of the private enterprise no longer meets the needs of the rapid development and competition for from the overall performance.So,it is necessary to understand the impact of Chinas private enterprise human resources management in the environment, present situation and existing problems scientificly and use brand-new management concept and innovative methods of work to accelerate private enterprises development of human resources and the change of management.In this paper, through investigating and analysing human resources management issues in private enterprise,I find that the private enterprise did not pay enough attention to human resources management at present,plusing the influence of traditional Chinese human relationship and the goal of human resources management is not clear,all of these lead to bad effect of various of management means.In order to solve this problem,it is not enough not to improve the understanding but also should constantly perfect the human resource management system.
