普通喉镜、可视喉镜和便携视频在外科手术麻醉气管插管中的应用比较 　　【摘要】 目的：观察比较外科手术患者分别使用普通喉镜、可视喉镜、可视喉镜+便携视频进行经口气管插管的临床效果。方法：临床随机选取48例全麻病例，按照随机编号法将其分为普通喉镜组（G组）、可视喉镜组（V组）和可视喉镜+便携视频组（PV组），每组各16例，常规全麻诱导后、分别运用普通喉镜、可视喉镜、可视喉镜+便携视频气管插管，在三个时刻（插管前、插管后即刻、插管后3 min）测量患者血压、心率，并计算MAP值，观察有无喉痉挛发生，术后1 d回访患者，观察是否发生插管不良反应（牙齿损伤、黏膜出血、声音嘶哑、咽痛）。结果：三组比较，PV组和V组的插管时间均较G组明显缩短，且插管后并发症均较G组也明显减少，且PV组最少，差异均有统计学意义（P中国论文网 /6/view-7251475.htm 　　【关键词】 气管插管； 可视喉镜； 便携视频； 普通喉镜 　　Comparison of Application of Ordinary Laryngoscope，Visual Laryngoscope and Portable Video in the Surgical Anesthesia Endotracheal Intubation/WU Zhuo-xi，YANG Bao-zhong.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（09）：026-029 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and compare the clinical effects of ordinary laryngoscope，visual laryngoscope and video laryngoscope+portable video in the orotracheal intubation of surgery patients.Method：Forty-eight cases of general anesthesia were clinically randomly selected in a endotracheal intubation.They were divided into the ordinary laryngoscope group （G group），visual laryngoscope group （V group） and visual laryngoscope + portable video group （PV group） according to the random number method，16 cases in each group.The orotracheal intubation was performed by using respectively ordinary laryngoscope，visual laryngoscope or visual laryngoscope + portable video after the routine anesthesia.Heart rate（HR），systolic blood pressure（SBP），diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were recorded in three time （before intubation，immediately after intubation，3 min after intubation），and MAP value was calculated.Whether the laryngeal spasm happened or not during the surgery and the incidence of intubation adverse reactions （dental injuries，mucosal bleeding，hoarseness，sore throat） via visiting patients in postoperative first day were observed.Result：Comparison of the three groups，the intubation time of PV group and V group were significantly shorter than the G group，and the intubation complications of PV group and V group were significantly less than the G group，amo
