丽水学院 毕业设计论文 （2015 届） 题 目 基于IPC的机械手非线性控制系统研究 指导教师 张文辉 副教授 院 别 工程与设计学院 班 级 学 号 姓 名 二〇一五 年 五 月 十二 日 摘要 目前国内各行业自动化程度很低，而且很多企业工人操作的环境很差，不仅环境恶劣，更有可能危害生命健康。尤其是一些国内中小企业，而且机械领域的快速发展以及人们不断扩大的物质需求，都促使着控制领域的创新。军工/航空、通信、交通运输、能源等领域， 现场控制为标准工控机出现的最佳场合，为了解决这些问题，需要利用工控机设计能实现自动化的装置。而且，工控机的适用场合非常广，主要行业航空信息，车载应用，特种运用，机械设备，金融系统，物联网，医疗设备。控制系统，通信设备，智通交通，此装置具有的体积小、控制方式灵活、重量轻、可靠性高、简单实用、维修方便、操作简单、高效便捷等等优点，大大降低了工人劳动的强度，具有很好的社会的效率和经济的效率。 在了解设计的目的和意义的基础上，简要介绍控制卡、机械手和labview编程软件的现状，设计机械手的控制任务和结构简图； 以控制卡控制技术为核心，采用研华运动控制卡制作机械手，设计机械手的控制原理和软硬件设计，实现机械手的自动画圆过程，并对机械手进行编程调试； 关键词：两轴机械臂，运动控制卡，labview编程软件 Abstract The current level of domestic industry automation is low and poor workers in many companies operating in the environment, not only harsh environments, are more likely to endanger the lives and health. Especially and the domestic and medium enterprises, the rapid development of machinery ,and peoples growing material have prompted the importation, field control standard IPC is the best occasion arise, to solve these problems, the need to use the industrial computer designed to automate device. Furthermore, application of occasions IPC is very wide, the major sectors of aviation information, automotive applications, special use, machinery and equipment, financial systems, networking, medical equipment. Control systems, communications equipment, transportation Zhitong, light weight, flexible control, high reliability, simple operation, easy maintenanovative control field.
