Abstract
In this paper you can see. Balance supply and demand in the labour market in the development of the hotel industry plays a very important role in the process. This article first describes the basic concepts of hotel restaurant labor demand and supply, and analysis of hotel restaurant labor demand and supply in China, came to the hotel restaurant problems in the labour supply and demand in China: supply and demand imbalances; a shortage of high-quality practitioners. Hotel restaurant labor supply and demand in China and analysis cause of problem, cause of the catering enterprises, social factors, causes of worker itself. At the same time remedy, analysis of the hotel food and beverage businesses, workers, universities, and community in all aspects of resolving the hotel catering to the labour market problems of measures should be taken: hotel catering to people, with good people and keep people should take measures to change the concept of employment of workers, improve their own quality measures to be taken, social inclusion of hotel practitioners. Restaurants in China through the analysis of supply and demand in the labour market, came to the restaurant supply characteristics of the labour market in China, our restaurant food service rationalization proposals have been made for the healthy development of the labour market, promoting the healthy development of Chinese restaurant.
