人才培训项目-实习计划 Professional Training Development Internship Program 天津新金融发展公司 Tianjin New Financial Development Company Limited Introduction to the Report Tianjin Joint Venture Internship Program This report specifically focuses on the responsibility of the Tianjin New Financial Development Company joint ven-ture to design and launch a program for young professionals from Tianjin to spend time as interns working at Western Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisition Interme-diary firms, Private Equity firms and other Specialty firms related to Equity Investment. The purpose of the Internship Program is to contribute to the development of professional talent in Tianjin as part of the overall strategy to attract equity investment firms and spe-cialty finance organizations to locate in the Tianjin area. A detailed description of the overall internship program, the proc-ess for launching the program, the process for individual applicants, the description of the internship opportunities, the responsibilities of each party involved (the individual intern, the host organization, the sponsor organization and the joint venture as organizer). Our recommendations are included in this report for the first group of Tianjin organizations which we think would be interested to sponsor one or more interns and provide the initial candidates for the internship positions. Immediately after the meetings in Tianjin in late-February, we will con-tact the first group of Tianjin organizations to invite them to provide applicants offer the internship opportunities. Host organizations as well as position descriptions and qualifi-cations for the internship opportunities are also listed in this report.
