毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称： 经系 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月摘 要 激烈的市场竞争，企业要发展，必须创新先行，这是企业保持生命力的重要环节。中小企业在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益突出，技术创新显得尤为重要，但中小企业在进行技术创新时，必须考虑到自身的实际情况，恰当地选择技术创新模式。 本课题拟结合中小企业自身的特点，通过设计调查问卷，对中小企业技术创新的基本情况、技术创新模式选择情况等方面进行实际调查，并对调查数据进行统计分析，找出中小企业选择的主要技术创新模式，剖析采取该类创新模式的原因，试图找到一些规律，从而为中小企业更好的选择技术创新模式提供对策。 通过本文的研究，得到以下主要结论：中小企业的技术创新模式主要是合作创新和模仿创新，大中企业倾向于进行自主创新；但是中小企业存在着创新资金不足、技术创新人才缺乏、技术积累能力不强等问题，针对这些问题提出了拓宽融资渠道，加强人才管理，引进创新激励机制等有效办法，对中小企业技术创新模式的选择提出可行性建议。 关键字：中小企业，技术创新，技术创新模式 Technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises model selection research Abstract Intense market competition,enterprise wants to develop,we must innovate the organically,this is the important link of the enterprise keep vitality.Small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economic and social development in the position and increasingly prominent role, technological innovation is particularly important, but the small and medium-sized enterprises in technological innovation, must consider their own condition, the proper choice of technological innovation mode. This topic this paper combines the characteristics of medium and small-sized enterprises, through design and questionnaire, on technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises of the basic situation, the selection of technological innovation mode situation of investigation and statistical analysis of survey data, and find out the middle and small enterprises to select the main technological innovation mode, analyzes the reasons of such innovation mode adopted, tries to find some rules and better options for small and medium-sized enterprises in technological innovation mode provides countermeasures. The research in this paper, get the following main conclusion: small and medium-sized enterprises in technological innovation mode is mainly cooperation innovation and imitation innovation, large and medium-sized enterprise tendency referenced
