文化规划视角下历史文化名城建筑遗产保护的基本原则 　　摘 要：尝试从作为一种城市规划子系统的文化规划视角，提出历史文化名城建筑遗产保护的基本原则，分别是有机更新基础上的整体保护原则与强化传统建筑文化认同基础上的适宜性开发原则。前者作为核心原则，既是历史文化名城建筑遗产保护的基本要求，也是文化规划作用于建筑遗产保护的基本路径，旨在推动综合性、整体性地发挥建筑文化资源的作用。后者作为扩展性原则，旨在促进城市开发机构与建筑遗产保护部门紧密合作，充分利用现有的建筑遗产资源，使其与城市的文化教育、文化旅游、娱乐休闲等功能有机结合，提升传统城市空间的活力与公众的文化认同感。 中国论文网 /7/view-7142053.htm 　　关键词：城市规划；文化规划；历史文化名城；建筑遗产保护；整体保护原则；适宜性开发原则 　　Abstract：From the perspective of culture planning， a sub-system of urban planning， this article puts forward the basic principles of the protection of historical and cultural city architectural heritage， namely the principle of integrated protection under the basis of organic renewal and the principle of suitability development under the basis of strengthening the cultural identity of traditional architecture. The former， as the core principle， is not only the basic requirement for the protection of historical and cultural city architectural heritage， but also the basic path of cultural planning in the protection of architectural heritage， the purpose is to promote the comprehensive and integrated function of architectural culture resources.
